So many ideas were used for the characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender, so I decided to experiment with my own.

Four Nations girl! Is a spoof of COMSO girl!

Wow... it's been awhile since I've added another issue. Sorry! Normally I'd have had three issues out in one week but I've been busy with Hahn100 and side-tracked with my friends artwork. ^^;

Crazy Foaming Guy. Among the several minor secondary characters, he's probably the most popular with the Cabbage Merchant not far behind him. If you're curious as to why I have an article mentioning "Foam-bending" that's kind of an inside joke on myspace.com with the only two Crazy Foaming Guy profiles (even though one of them is in-active). A few people believe that he can bend his foam, much like Katara can bend water, but it's still a joke. So please don't comment in saying that he can't do it... its funny. Another article concerning Frothing was also brought up because of "a foam of saliva or fluid resulting from disease", but the article could be looked into two different angles; one being the disease and the second about fans who have such tendencies like he does when he sees the Avatar.

Up coming: Aang (I think or Zuko.. I'm following my journals list)


The series was not made for comical relief but for fun...


There will be series of this and several other variations.

I think different fonts would give it a more 'magazine' look :D Background is also kinda dull. Girls magazines have BRIGHT colors XD

The background is actually based off of an actual Cosmo Girl magazine.

Yes, well one magazine since the background caught my eye.
As for fonts, they change every now and then depending on the articles, coming up with topics is soo hard.

With the magazine, each nation has a set a color background, its the lazy way out. :nod:

You also helped me realize that I forgot his shadow, I always added them to the previous issues.

Yeah, that could help :D And I mentioned the fonts because Comic Sans is not really an appropiate font for a cover. At least, that's my opinion XD coming from a magazine's editorial director's daughter XDDD
